There's a raspberry that grows wild in the hills of Yunnan, China — golden-yellow, intensely fragrant, nothing like the ones you find in a supermarket. Most people have never smelled it. Valley April (山中四月) built a perfume around it.
This is what happens when a perfumer from Yunnan Province decides to bottle the place they grew up in — not a postcard version, but the real thing. Tart and sun-warm at the top, then plum and wild strawberry pulling you deeper, settling finally into cedar, musk, and orchid. It's the kind of scent that makes people stop mid-conversation and ask, "What are you wearing?"

The notes:
☀️ Top: Yellow raspberry, lemon
🍑 Heart: Plum, wild strawberry
🌿 Base: Cedar, musk, orchid

Valley April is a Chinese niche fragrance house — small, intentional, rooted in the botanicals of Southwest China. Their design language is quietly Oriental: clean lines, Chinese characters, a gold cap that feels considered rather than flashy. The kind of thing you pick up at a market in Dali and carry home carefully.

Available in two sizes:
— 15ml: for the curious, the traveler, the person who likes to rotate
— 50ml: for when you've decided this is yours

You can't bring everything home. But you can bring a scent that makes you remember exactly where you were.
